What is Counselling?

is a way of gaining a greater understanding of how you are affected by issues relating to your circumstances.
It
looks at how you deal with difficulties and supports you in making choices.

affecting your health and well-being. Anything
that is worrying you is worth talking about, especially if it is stopping you from getting on with your life.
I am a member of the British
Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I can offer you a confidential counselling service, according
to BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
