Pilates Classes
Pilates is a low impact exercise regime based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates developed in the early 20th Century
It is often recommended following physiotherapy treatment for maintaining spinal stability and can help in the management and prevention of lower back pain.
Encouraging strength and stability of the bodys "core", Pilates provides a complete workout focusing on all major muscle groups.
A body with balanced strength and stability is less likely to be injured.

Pilates classes are booked in blocks of six classes with the next block starting on Monday 29th June 2009
Classes are held on:-
Monday 10am
wednesday 5.30pm
Friday 5pm
You must book each class as a seperat block of 6
The cost of a block of 6 pilates classes is £24 ( paid prior to start of block )
Single classes can be booked within the block if availability at a cost of £5.00 per session but must be paid for in advance of the start of each block
